Es miembro del Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, experto en Derecho de Extranjería y Migratorio, en políticas migratorias al igual que en Derecho de la nacionalidad. Actualmente se dedica al asesoramiento jurídico y acompañamiento a la empresa española en su proceso de internacionalización principalmente en aspectos migratorios y de Seguridad Social, en países como Estados Unidos, Perú, Bolivia, Egipto, Rusia, Turquía, Irak, Panamá, El Salvador, México y Nigeria, entre otros. Igualmente, asesora jurídicamente en Derecho de Extranjería a la empresa y al particular.
Es también consultor y asesor jurídico en movilidad internacional de personas y trabajadores y asesor jurídico del Gobierno de la República Dominicana en el proceso negociador, seguimiento y ejecución del Acuerdo firmado en Madrid el 17 de diciembre de 2001 con el Reino de España.
Compagina su actividad laboral con la docencia en Instituciones como la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, Real Colegio Universitario “Escorial-María Cristina”, la Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) y el Instituto de Empresa.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, an expert in Immigration and Immigration Law, immigration policies as well as nationality law. Currently he is dedicated to legal advice and supporting to Spanish companies in their internationalization process, mainly in migration and Social Security aspects, in countries such as the United States, Peru, Bolivia, Egypt, Russia, Turkey, Iraq, Panama, El Salvador, Mexico and Nigeria, among others. Likewise, it provides legal advice on Immigration Law to the company and individual.
He is also a consultant and legal advisor on international mobility of people and workers and legal advisor to the Government of the Dominican Republic in the negotiation process, monitoring and execution of the Agreement signed in Madrid on 17 December, 2001 with the Kingdom of Spain.
He combines his work activity with teaching at Institutions such as the Complutense University of Madrid, the Autonomous University of Madrid, the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Madrid, the Royal College “Escorial-María Cristina”, the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and the Institute of Business.
